The outline details given above are of the regular group activities, which form the major part of our programme. In addition to those given, there are two Latin Groups, which meet at times arranged by members, and a Strolling Group tailored to the individual needs of members wishing to make the transition from couch potato or invalid to stroller or walker. French and Spanish Groups are in abeyance at present and a Painting Group is in the process of starting up. We also arrange an extensive programme of outings and holidays.
